You can cancel or pause your subscription in your KatKin Account, simply login here.
In your KatKin Account scroll down to your cat’s plan and click ‘manage my subscription’ and then ‘cancel my subscription’. If you have more than one cat you will need to cancel each of their subscriptions separately.
We’ll always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but once your order has been charged for, we cannot make any changes to it. All changes to your cat’s subscription, including cancellations, must be made three days before your next delivery date.
